My Story…

I’ve been an Army Officer for 18 years. A few years ago, I found an amazing health and wellness product that helped me in my journey to recover from burnout, exhaustion, and multiple hormone issues. I eventually realized I wanted to share my love of that product and build a business. I did that, but I made a LOT of mistakes, hired a coach, and got on track with what works.

Now I get to share the lessons I learned with you so YOU can have our own successful health and wellness business.

I show women step by step how to use social media to find satisfaction and financial success in their own health and wellness business so they can create a life that gives them the freedom to spend their time on what they love most.
