I want to help change the world. Seriously.
I want to help people realize that they don’t have to be burned out, stressed out, and full of harmful chemicals that are compromising their health.
I want to reach a broader audience with my message more than just talking to people face to face (although I’m still going to be doing that).
I want to interact with people from all over and share my story. A few years ago, I was exhausted all the time, over-committed, and struggling to keep myself in good health. I didn’t realize that over time, I thought I was making good decisions about food and exercise, but I had no idea the stress my choices were putting on my body. Plus, I had no idea that the chemicals in my house were adding stress and damage to an already wrecked hormone system.
I want to share how I got better. So many people think that being stressed and exhausted is just a way of life…a way to hustle and take care of things. However, there IS a way to live where you can meet your goals AND be rested and healthy. It’s not magic, and it’s not rocket science.
It takes a positive mindset, eating real food, a little bit of knowledge and consistent, healthy habits. I want to show people how to stop the burnout and get where you want to be. I also want to show that we can make positive change and reject using harmful chemicals in our homes.
I’m likely going to make mistakes… probably a lot of them. Hopefully you’ll let me know when I do and I’ll learn.
